Terms of Service
* You can order separate Commissions for multiple Characters, for the Full Price of Each. However, to add other characters to one Order (in Categories 1-3), there will be an extra fee of $30 USD per character.
SECTION 1- PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS
STEP 1: Contact me either via my Email or Discord for a Consultation. We will discuss your idea and you'll give me references for what you'd like me to draw, including clarifying questions from me to ensure you get the product you want!
STEP 2: Once we agree on the idea and presentation, I will come up with a Sketch and will send it to you via the Email chain or DM. This is so I can get your Approval that I am on the right track!
STEP 3: After my preliminary sketch is approved, I will move onto Finalizing the Piece. Not before an upfront 50% Payment out of the total price!
STEP 4: I finish the piece and, after the other half of the 50% Payment out of the total price, It's All Yours! A high-quality copy of your finished Commission. :)

Ask at Consultation that you read through my TOS before we continue with the Order.

Be transparent about my plan to complete the piece as requested, as well as acknowledge any personal scheduling roadblocks. Often I will lay out my track, for example: Today I'll finalize the sketch, Tomorrow I'll work on Flats and Linework, and after Work on Friday I will begin Rendering to Finish by Sunday.

Share update images as I go!

Include my signature in the final product, blended into the Piece.

Ask that Requests for Revisions do not go past the Rendering stage. Feel free to bring something up, but I may decline to Revise if I feel I'm at a point of no return.

Ask for your Credit Card Information or other Personal Information! Payment will be done through Zelle or Paypal, which only requires me to ask for your Email, or provide you my Zelle QR Code!

Be able to continue with the Commission if the first Payment cannot go through, Sorry! :(

Wait for you to have the money available to complete the second Payment. Be sure to have the amount you need to pay ready for both the first and second Payment! If you cannot pay the second Payment, I will refund you the first Payment and call off the Order.
SECTION 2- RIGHTFUL REFUSAL
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DECLINE AN ORDER AT ANY TIME IF I FEEL THE PRODUCT WILL NOT LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR DOES NOT ALIGN WITH MY VALUES.

Anything that Includes Promotion of Hate. This includes Characters who are part of hate groups, background designs that include hateful imagery, or Characters saying hateful phrases.
SECTION 3- PERMISSIONS
After this transaction is complete, we both must agree to these Permission Conditions. (rhymes lol)

Commissioned pieces are for Personal Use Only. Use it for Profile Pictures, DND Campaign images, Gifts to Friends or Family, or just to have because it's cool! Do not claim the piece as your own, and do not use it for Commercial Usage. Commercial Usage will apply extra fees and discussion.

I can post your finished piece on Social Media, My Blog, or add it to my Gallery/Portfolio! I will disclose that it is a Commission, and that the character(s) in the image are not mine but belong to a customer. If you have a social media handle you'd like me to tag in the Post, I can certainly do so.

Up to 3 Characters- $300+ USD
Come up with a short Character Interaction with me, one that I could fit into a Comic Page! This could include up to 3 of your own OC's, or feature Friend's OC's! *Requires Consistent Communication.
