Terms of Service

SECTION 1- PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS

STEP 1: Click the Order Button and request a Commission through Aristree, where I will first message you for a Consultation. We will discuss your idea and you'll give me any further references for what you'd like me to draw if you did not include them in your order, as well as clarifying questions from me to ensure you get the product you want! This won't take long, as long as you fill out the request form fully!

STEP 2: Once we agree on the idea and presentation, I will come up with a Sketch and will send it to you via Artistree Messages. This is so I can get your Approval that I am on the right track!

STEP 3: After my preliminary sketch is approved, I will move onto Finalizing the Piece. Not before an upfront 100% Payment! This would mean that I would accept your request on Artistree, and you'd pay for your order then!

STEP 4: I finish the piece and, It's All Yours! A high-quality copy of your finished Commission. :)

I WILL

Ask at Consultation that you read through my TOS before we continue with the Order.
Be transparent about my plan to complete the piece as requested, as well as acknowledge any personal scheduling roadblocks. Often I will lay out my track, for example: Today I'll finalize the sketch, Tomorrow I'll work on Flats and Linework, and after Work on Friday I will begin Rendering to Finish by Sunday.
Share update images as I go!
Include my signature in the final product, blended into the Piece.
Ask that Requests for Revisions do not go past the Rendering stage. Feel free to bring something up, but I may decline to Revise if I feel I'm at a point of no return.

I WILL NOT

Ask for your Credit Card Information or other Personal Information! Payment will be done through Artistree, where I am able to do either Paypal or Stripe!
Be able to continue with the Commission if the up-front Payment cannot go through, Sorry! :(
Wait longer than 5 Days for you to message me back on Artistree. Be sure to be punctual for our consultation, or I will unfortunately have to decline your order!

SECTION 2- RIGHTFUL REFUSAL

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DECLINE AN ORDER AT ANY TIME IF I FEEL THE PRODUCT WILL NOT LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR DOES NOT ALIGN WITH MY VALUES.

I WILL NOT DRAW

Full NSFW. I can draw stripped down bodies, or draw revealing clothing, but will not create NSFW art.
Extreme Gore.
AI Generated Oc's or Art.
Fetish Art.
Anything that Includes Promotion of Hate. This includes Characters who are part of hate groups, background designs that include hateful imagery, or Characters saying hateful phrases.

SECTION 3- PERMISSIONS

After this transaction is complete, we both must agree to these Permission Conditions. (rhymes lol)

My Permission Conditions:

Commissioned pieces are for Personal Use Only. Use it for Profile Pictures, DND Campaign images, Gifts to Friends or Family, or just to have because it's cool! Do not claim the piece as your own, and do not use it for Commercial Usage. Commercial Usage will apply extra fees and discussion.

Your Permission Conditions:

I can post your finished piece on Social Media, My Blog, or add it to my Gallery/Portfolio! I will disclose that it is a Commission, and that the character(s) in the image are not mine but belong to a customer. If you have a social media handle you'd like me to tag in the Post, I can certainly do so.

Bust- $35 USD Shoulders and Up.

Half-body- $45 USD Torso and Up.

Full-body- $65 USD Feet and up.

Full Piece Full-body Ex.

CATEGORY 2- FULL PIECE
Fully Rendered like Category 2, but with a Fully Rendered Background Scene as well.

Bust- $95 USD Shoulders and Up.

Lined, Colored, with heavy texture!

Up Your OC, Favorite Character, or Portrait- $25 USD
Come If you'd like the background to be something other than a flat color with designs, let me know! I could make a small scene behind the main illustration! :)

* You can order separate Commissions for multiple Characters, for the Full Price of Each. However, to add other characters to one Order (in Categories 1-2), there will be an extra fee of $30 USD per character.
